PE-Xc (European standard)
PE Xc, a tube of polymeric materials, scientific name of radiation crosslinked polyethylene pipe is using high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials to produce, and some other auxiliary materials (such as antioxidant, etc.). In the plastic extrusion machine extrusion (uncrosslinked) and the extruded uncrosslinked tube in the radiation device (electron accelerator or Co-60 irradiation station), using high energy X-ray (electron beam or gamma rays) of radiation crosslinking, the produced with the method of polyethylene tube called is a divergence of radiation crosslinked polyethylene pipe (PEXc tube).
The crosslinking of polyethylene has chemical and physical methods, chemical methods are we often say peroxide crosslinking, silane crosslinking or azo crosslinking method. And physical crosslinking is no need to add chemical crosslinking agent, the use of high energy rays, the molecular excitation of polyethylene molecules generated free radicals, free radicals in combination with the formation of intermolecular cross link, the formation of the crosslinked structure of polyethylene molecules. The basic principle of radiation crosslinking is: high energy particles will be excited by the molecular excitation of polyethylene molecules free radicals, free radicals generated by the combination of cross linked bonds, forming a three-dimensional network structure of polyethylene molecules.

Product application
Used in floor heating and radiator are connected in the environment of the system with a pipeline connecting oxygen barrier, mainly to prevent oxygen molecules into hot water system in the system component caused by corrosion, prolong service life of the system.
